This hotel was great value when compared to other options. The room I booked was comfy and incredible with bedroom and the DVD player plus a kitchen. The location was marvellous and handy and the staff were easygoing.

The location of this place is fantastic, close to sand dunes, Anna Bay great beach and hiking trails. the staff were really helpful and made our stay even better! 🌟

the service is great, includes good parking. the staff is excellent and easy going and the atmosphere is quiet. it has particularly good and beautiful location to the centre of of the campus.

The location of the hotel is stunning, with easy access to the beautiful beach and overlooking garden. the cabin had all the essentials I needed, such as a microwave oven, coffeemaker, and refrigerator. - My accommodation included an upstairs bedroom and a kitchenette.

Liked our stay there, it was nice. All the staffs were excellent and amiable. Central location was a plus. Besides, it was next to Port Stephens and surrounds, the lake, and Nelson bay and all the attractions there.

I had a great 2-night stay in a spacious studio with a kitchen, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home.

Our recent stay at Ingenia Holidays Middle Rock was fantastic. The beach behind our cabin was a major highlight, and the restaurant on-site offered delicious and affordable meals for seniors. The location was central to all the activities we wanted to do and the park had great facilities for our kids, including a jumping pillow and a bar. The pool and spa area were excellent, and the cafe by the pool was a nice touch. We also loved the DVD player in our room and the ability to borrow DVDs. our stay was enjoyable, with a comfortable lounge and a clean, spacious cabin.

We felt really comfortable during our stay and have no complaints.

The location is beautiful, just a 5-minute walk from Samurai Beach, and the staff were very helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to a stunning sandy beach and close to shops and local attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and informative, making me feel welcome right from the start. The room was beautifully furnished with all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed that I have to find out the brand of! The hotel also had great facilities, including swimming pools and a heated spa. a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to families.

That the hotel needs some TLC. There were a few maintenance issues, such as peeling paint and mold on certain fixtures.

I had a surprisingly comfortable stay at Ingenia Holidays Middle Rock. The bed in my cabin was incredibly comfortable, giving me a restful night's sleep. The cabin itself was clean and well-appointed, providing enough space for my family. The pool area was a highlight, with a great design and plenty of loungers for adults to relax on while the kids enjoyed the slide and bouncy pillow. Despite some minor issues, like the need for more shade outside the cabin and the walk to the beach being longer than expected, overall I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations and enjoyable amenities.

This hotel is located in a really nice area for beaches. It is very close to everything, making it convenient for exploring the beautiful sandy beaches of One Mile. The staff were happy, friendly, and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with basic amenities and a kitchen, allowing us to prepare our own meals. Breakfast at the hotel was also delicious and reasonably priced.
